Exclusion of the Right of withdrawal:
Users may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in the Royal Decree before Dive Center Palamós, S.L. – Transfer the course to another person without the express written authorization of Dive Center Palamós, S.L. the registration for the course initially contracted by the client.

2.9 Guarantees:
