The SSI Enriched Air Nitrox diving course teaches divers how to use oxygen-enriched air blends to extend bottom times and reduce surface intervals. This course is perfect for reducing fatigue and maximizing your dive time, especially on days with multiple dives. It covers the basic principles, dive planning, and safety procedures associated with Nitrox use. Upon completing the course, divers receive certification allowing them to dive with Nitrox worldwide, enhancing their efficiency and safety in the water.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum age: 12 years old
- Minimum certification: SSI Open Water Diver (or an equivalent certificate from another organization).
Modules:
- Complete the online theory.
- Pass the final exam (80%)
- Complete the practical sessions.
