Located in front of the bay of Palamós, we find one of the most diverse dives in all of Palamós, from canyons to posidonia meadows.
Next to the lighthouse of la llosa, we can see the entire beach large, the promenade that leads to Torre Valentina and the pleasant coastal path that leads, along paths and wooden bridges, to Platja d’Aro.
The navigation time to the dive point is 5 minutes, it is a short route and ideal for those who get dizzy or feel cold in winter during navigation.
Although the navigation is short, we will pass in front of the Palamós lighthouse.
Also known as the Punta del Molino lighthouse because, although today it is integrated into the urbanized part of the town, in its day it was an isolated area with a windmill.
It was so far away that it was even used as a quarantine zone in times of the plague.
It is a promontory full of large cracks and full of channels, where we can find remains of fishing boats that were sunk in their day for the enjoyment of the diver.
The upper part is located about 6 mt and the deepest at about 28 meters, suitable for all levels of diving. The visibility in the summer months is very good and if we place our compass heading southwest we will find the Boreas 6 minutes away by underwater navigation
We will be able to observe breams, skewers, scorpions and the typical flora and fauna of the area.
