You will start a diving course and it gives you respect, although you want to have this experience and do the course…. Do you feel that your fears will paralyze you, that you will not be able?

In this course / workshop / specialty, we will help you feel more secure in the water, knowing how to manage complicated and stressful situations.
12-hour course, spread over 2 days
DAY 1 – Theory and practice on land (8h) Presentation and Practical Theory of Yoga for diving
DAY 2 – Implementation in water of the assimilated techniques (4 h)
Pre-immersion exercises Simulation and specific practical immersion exercises.
