You are going to start a diving course and it gives you a great deal of respect? Even if you want to have this experience and do the course… Do you feel that your fears will paralyze you, that you will not be able to do it?
You already have the diving course, you have not dived for a long time, or you have had a bad experience that makes you feel unsafe to dive again?
Have you ever run out of air, or are you worried that it will happen to you? When faced with a situation, your emotions beat you and you can’t think straight?
In this course / workshop / specialty, we will help you feel more secure in the water, knowing how to manage complicated situations that cause stress. 12 hour course, spread over 2 days
DAY 1 – Theory and practice on land (8h) Presentation and Practical Theory of Yoga for diving
DAY 2 – Implementation of the assimilated techniques in water (4 h)
Pre-dive exercises Simulation and specific practical exercises in diving.
